Tammy T. Brady

Tammy T. Brady is a seasoned family law attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions. A South Carolina native and Clemson University graduate, Tammy earned her law degree from the Charleston School of Law and has practiced family law exclusively since entering the profession.
Tammy brings extensive experience in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, paternity, family violence protective orders, alimony, separate maintenance, contempt actions, and name changes. She also has a strong background in estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
Known for her strategic approach and steady demeanor, Tammy understands the emotional and financial toll that high-conflict litigation can impose on families. She works closely with each client to develop clear, tailored strategies designed to protect their rights while minimizing unnecessary damage and stress. Her advocacy is firm, focused, and always grounded in what serves her clients’ long-term well-being.
Tammy is an active member of The Faith Center in Tucker, Georgia, where she serves her congregation and community. She lives in Stonecrest with her son, Quincy, and enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring parks, and creating new adventures with her family.
